Siemens, a global technology leader with around 320,000 employees worldwide and about 6,000 in Switzerland, is looking for a Working Student to join its Digital Sales Channel (DSC) team. The position sits at the crossroads of digital sales strategy, market intelligence and performance management, helping shape the strategic direction of the DSC and ensuring that investments deliver measurable business value. In this role you will assist in building the DSC roadmap and preparing business‑planning documents that translate strategic priorities into concrete initiatives. You will research market trends, customer behaviours and peer practices, turning those insights into recommendations for the team. You will also help evaluate investment proposals by contributing to business cases, value hypotheses and ROI calculations. Monitoring key performance indicators, analysing gaps and opportunities, and supporting the preparation of management reports are part of the daily routine. Finally, you will aid in creating executive‑level presentations, structuring stakeholder input and facilitating workshops that align priorities, investments and performance outcomes. The ideal candidate is currently enrolled at a Swiss university or university of applied sciences in a discipline such as Business Administration, Strategy, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, Management & Technology, Information Systems or a closely related field. Strong analytical and conceptual abilities are essential, together with a knack for turning complex data into clear business insights. A genuine interest in strategy, digital business models, e‑commerce, sales channels, business planning, KPIs and financial analysis is required. The role demands an independent, structured and reliable work style, a hands‑on attitude, curiosity about the broader picture and a proactive mindset that takes ownership from problem identification to resolution. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, confidence in using AI tools, and excellent written and spoken English are also mandatory. The position offers a fully mobile working arrangement anywhere in Switzerland, giving you the flexibility to balance studies and work. You will become part of #TeamSiemens, gaining exposure to an international professional network and the chance to contribute to one of the country's largest tech employers. Membership in the Siemens Students Association, a community of 200 members, adds a social dimension to the experience. The corporate culture emphasizes innovation, sustainability and personal development, with flexible and remote‑working models that support a healthy work‑life balance.
