Global Procurement Manager Industrial Lifecycle

The Global Procurement Manager Industrial Lifecycle will shape AB InBev's worldwide sourcing strategy for MRO and Lifecycle Management categories. In this role you will be responsible for industrial maintenance spare parts, services, repairs, overhauls and inventory management across the brewer's global network of breweries and facilities. AB InBev, the world's largest beer producer, operates more than 28 breweries in Europe and markets over 500 iconic brands such as Stella Artois, Corona and Bud. Your daily work will revolve around developing and executing sourcing strategies that align with business priorities and corporate objectives. You will partner with business leaders to segment spend, drive cost savings, avoid unnecessary expenditure and improve working‑capital performance. The position includes leading RFQ processes, evaluating supplier proposals, negotiating commercial agreements and overseeing the implementation of sourcing initiatives. You will also manage framework agreements with key suppliers, benchmark pricing across OEMs, OMMs, AMMs, distributors and service providers, and leverage both Global and Zone Procurement capabilities to maximise value. Collaboration is central to the role. You will work closely with Global Technical teams, ZBS Maintenance, Zone Procurement leaders and other stakeholders to define maintenance strategies, select suppliers and set category objectives that support AB InBev's performance targets. Supplier business reviews, partnership development and continuous improvement activities will be part of your remit, as will the management of communication flows across the global procurement and maintenance networks. Project delivery responsibilities include ensuring timely execution of sourcing projects, monitoring performance, providing guidance and acting as an escalation point for any sourcing‑related challenges. A further focus is on market intelligence and knowledge development. You will analyse market dynamics, supplier capabilities, cost drivers and emerging technologies, creating tools and reporting frameworks that feed data‑driven recommendations into sourcing strategies and business decisions. In addition, you will lead initiatives to optimise spare‑parts management, develop global inventory analytics, improve data quality in SAP and TAM systems, and support the rollout of digital solutions such as Verusen and Total Asset Management platforms. Site visits and continuous‑improvement activities will help embed best practices across the global footprint.
