The Commercial Training Manager for Austria and Switzerland will be based in the field, reporting to the General Manager for the region and to the Strategic Partnerships lead for DACH. In this role you will craft and roll out a learning programme for the sales force across both countries, ensuring it fits with the broader commercial direction and the EMEA training framework. The position requires a proven record of delivering adult education within a commercial setting, fluency in German, French and English, and a university qualification or comparable executive training in coaching or adult learning. At least five years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical‑technology field is essential, together with competence in cutting‑edge training platforms, strong communication and negotiation abilities, and a collaborative mindset. Willingness to travel across Europe for roughly a third of the time is also required; familiarity with Allego is advantageous. Additional assets include experience with webinars, podcasts, on‑demand video, virtual quizzes and similar tools. The job is field‑based in Austria and Switzerland, offering exposure to a diverse, inclusive team within a company that values employee growth and equal opportunity.
