Project Manager Compliance

The firm is looking for a Project Manager Compliance who will help shape its growing compliance practice, especially for Swiss wealth and asset‑management clients. In this role you will work directly with leading Swiss wealth and asset‑management firms to drive large‑scale transformation programmes within the compliance arena. Typical activities include steering multi‑jurisdictional, multi‑dimensional projects, contributing to Capco's thought‑leadership and marketing efforts such as events, articles and RFP responses, and supporting the firm's ambition to become the top consultancy for compliance in the Swiss market. You will also collaborate across the organisation, leveraging Capco's bold and inclusive culture while presenting progress and insights to senior client executives. The position requires a solid background in compliance within wealth and asset management. Candidates need five to ten years of experience in compliance roles at leading banks or consultancies, with deep knowledge of key risk areas such as compliance transformation, AML, transaction monitoring, onboarding reviews, financial crime and RegTech. You must be able to lead and guide complex regulatory and strategic projects across lines of defence, and demonstrate a genuine passion for the industry that bridges business and technology. Strong commercial instincts and the ability to manage senior‑level client relationships are essential, as are collaborative, proactive and outspoken personal traits. Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and German are also mandatory.
