Additionally, the manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and high-quality medical education. To excel in this role, candidates must have a university degree in a relevant scientific field, such as life sciences, medicine, or biomedical engineering. Experience in Medical Affairs, Scientific Affairs, or related functions is essential, with a strong preference for experience in diabetes or medical devices. Proficiency in developing training materials and working with healthcare professionals is also required. Strong medical-scientific understanding and the ability to translate complex information into clear, practical content are crucial. Nice-to-have skills include experience with digital education tools or Medical Education platforms. Fluency in English is mandatory, with German, French, or Italian being an advantage.
