Power Platform Expert

Kanadevia Inova is a worldwide leader in waste‑infrastructure innovation, turning discarded material into valuable outputs such as energy, heat, hydrogen and fertilizer. The company is expanding its Collaboration & Power Solutions Team to push a cloud‑first agenda and modernise its digital workplace. The opening is for a Power Platform Expert who will turn business ideas into functional Microsoft Power Platform solutions and help embed low‑code development across the organisation. In this role you will coach non‑technical users to create simple Power Platform apps, run "App in a Day" style workshops and nurture a maker community. You will also own end‑to‑end delivery of more complex solutions, converting business requirements into secure, scalable and maintainable applications, and overseeing design, testing and rollout. Working with other groups, you will help define governance policies, set standards and manage environment, security and data‑protection controls for the platform. Integration duties include linking Power Platform tools with Microsoft 365 services, enterprise data sources and additional systems. Finally, you will act as a third‑level support resource, keep documentation up‑to‑date and use platform analytics to continuously improve reliability and user adoption. The position requires at least three years of experience building Power Platform solutions, designing architecture and working with Microsoft 365 collaboration tools in an enterprise setting. Candidates must possess deep, hands‑on knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse, as well as best‑practice governance for low‑code environments. A solid grasp of Microsoft 365 components, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Exchange Online, and an understanding of security, governance and Entra ID are also essential. The role calls for the ability to translate business needs into technical designs while collaborating closely with both business and IT stakeholders. Professional English communication skills are required to lead discussions, provide guidance and work effectively in an international context.
