Senior Product Manager - AI Agent

Nexthink, the market leader in digital employee experience management, builds software that lets IT teams see, diagnose and fix problems before users notice them. The Senior Product Manager for the AI‑driven personal IT agent, Spark, will own a core segment of this product, guiding it from concept through measurable results in live environments. In this role you will shape strategy, roadmap and delivery for your Spark area, collaborate daily with engineers, applied‑AI specialists and designers, and work directly with enterprise customers to capture real employee experiences. You will define safety guardrails for autonomous actions, set success metrics, turn vague ideas into clear priorities and keep engineering, sales and leadership aligned. Staying abreast of advances in agentic AI, you will translate new possibilities into concrete product plans. The position requires at least five years of product‑management experience in enterprise B2B SaaS delivered at scale, a track record of leading evaluation, strategy, experimentation and iterative improvement, and strong data fluency. Excellent written and spoken English and the ability to move between technical and executive discussions are essential. Helpful background includes ITSM, proactive engagement tools, or integrations with platforms such as Teams or ServiceNow.
