HRIS Solutions Specialist (Permanent Position)

The permanent HRIS Solutions Specialist will steer the company’s HR technology platform for an internationally operating firm, taking charge of system direction and improvement across a global footprint. This position sits at the core of a sweeping HR transformation, linking technology with people‑focused strategy. Day‑to‑day duties involve delivering high‑level functional assistance to HR personnel and power users, handling incident tickets, diagnosing problems, and working with internal teams and external partners to restore service. The role also monitors system uptime and performance, keeps functional guides current, and educates users to raise overall competence. In addition, the specialist leads the evaluation, testing and rollout of new releases, assesses documentation for business impact, designs regression test plans, and coordinates updates with IT, HR and vendors while informing end‑users of changes.
