SaaS Sales Manager (DACH & Nordics)

Calenso is a leading software platform in Europe, specializing in appointment booking and communication solutions for consulting-intensive industries. The company's intelligent booking tool synchronizes calendars, calculates available appointments, and sends reminders to customers. The SaaS Sales Manager will focus on expanding the company's reach in the DACH and Nordics regions. The main responsibilities include managing the sales process from initial contact to contract execution, identifying customer needs, and submitting suitable offers. The role involves communicating with stakeholders to enhance the agile development of the solution and collaborating with the founding team to improve the sales cycle. This includes optimizing lead generation, pipeline creation, and conversion rates. To excel in this role, candidates must have several years of sales experience in the B2B sector, preferably in IT and/or SaaS. Strong communication skills, the ability to conduct product demos, and a deep understanding of decision-making processes in larger companies are essential. Proficiency in German and English is required, with additional languages being a plus. Nice-to-have skills include experience in the insurance, financial services, or public administration sectors.
