Clinical Trial Supply (CTS) Study Manager

The Clinical Trial Supply (CTS) Study Manager role supports a pharmaceutical organization by directing the flow of investigational products for studies of modest to intermediate complexity. The position blends logistical oversight with scientific coordination to keep trial material availability aligned with study timelines and budgets. Day‑to‑day duties involve estimating the quantities of drug needed, gathering and evaluating sample data, and guaranteeing that products are stored, moved and filed according to strict standards. The manager also helps choose and supervise third‑party vendors, making sure they meet cost and quality expectations, and utilizes an interactive response technology platform to drive supply‑related tasks. Preparation and review of essential study paperwork such as protocols, product dossiers and handling guides are required, as is participation in global supply meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Collaboration with research and development teams ensures that systems and procedures are leveraged efficiently, while continuous improvement of SOPs and compliance practices is a constant focus. Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in a life‑science, engineering, logistics discipline or possess comparable experience, and bring at least five years of hands‑on clinical supply experience within the pharma sector. A solid grasp of ICH‑GCP, cGMP and cGDP guidelines is essential, together with proven teamwork and strong communication abilities. The role operates on a hybrid schedule, demanding physical presence at one of the listed sites for a minimum of three days each week, with no relocation aid offered.
