The main day-to-day responsibilities involve owning, building, and running your own startup in the field of AI. This includes an extensive personal development journey, hiring top talent through the company's network, and receiving intensive coaching to prepare for raising significant funding. The role also involves iterating your product until it reaches product-market fit and building a sales force or marketing engine. Must-have requirements include being based in Europe or the Americas, or being open to relocate. Excellent communication skills in English are also required. The role demands a willingness to take full responsibility for scaling your startup to €100M+ in revenues. Nice-to-have skills include the ability to work independently and a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
