Google Ads Sales and Onboarding Specialist - German Market in Barcelona

Join a leading global business services firm in Barcelona as a Google Ads Sales and Onboarding Specialist for the German market. In this full‑time hybrid role you will act as a trusted advisor to B2B advertisers, guiding them through the setup of Google Ads campaigns and helping them extract maximum ROI. You will welcome new clients, design high‑performing PPC strategies, and use Salesforce‑type CRM tools to manage a large portfolio each day. The position also involves consultative outbound selling, upselling existing accounts, and continuously optimizing spend to hit revenue targets, activity KPIs and churn‑reduction goals in a fast‑paced environment. The role requires native‑level German (C2) and fluent English (C1), at least two years of experience in B2B sales, account management or PPC advertising, and deep familiarity with German business culture, digital marketing landscape and GDPR rules. Candidates must be comfortable integrating AI outreach tools, possess strong analytical abilities and be skilled at negotiating complex ROI. A bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications is preferred. The contract starts 5 October, offers a €26 k base plus performance bonus, relocation flight, one‑month private studio housing, private health insurance and referral incentives. Work takes place in a modern seafront office with structured coaching and ongoing certifications.
