The Senior Manager Group FP&A role at SIG Group is based at the company's global headquarters in Neuhausen am Rheinfall, Switzerland. SIG Group operates worldwide and is looking to reinforce its Financial Planning & Analysis function with an experienced leader who will report to the Finance Director for Group FP&A and Controlling. In this position you will steer the company‑wide budgeting, forecasting and financial planning cycles, set timelines, issue guidance and prepare presentation material. You will compile and deliver monthly executive reports for both the Group's senior management board and its Board of Directors, working closely with global controllers and other FP&A colleagues. Day‑to‑day duties also involve analysing financial results for mid‑term plans, upcoming budgets, current forecasts and actual performance, turning regional and corporate inputs into concise insights for senior leaders. You will manage the monthly month‑end and forecast calls, build financial models, run scenario analyses and support ad‑hoc decision‑making. The role also includes leading a small team of four FP&A professionals, defining priorities, reviewing performance and fostering career growth. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Finance, Business Administration or a comparable field and brings at least six years of progressive experience in management reporting, controlling, financial planning and strategic analysis within an international, fast‑moving environment. Demonstrated ability to guide cross‑functional, multinational teams under tight deadlines is essential. Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving talent and the capacity to translate numbers into clear strategic messages for executives are required. Experience with cash‑flow, working‑capital and foreign‑exchange forecasting, as well as deep knowledge of financial reporting and planning platforms, particularly IBM Cognos/TM1 and business‑intelligence or data‑warehouse solutions, is expected. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and a reputation as the go‑to person for system and tool expertise complete the core skill set. A background in controlling education, participation in a financial‑planning software upgrade and project‑management experience are considered advantageous but not mandatory.
