Senior Financial Analyst

VF Corporation seeks a Senior Financial Analyst for The North Face FP&A team in Stabio, Switzerland. The role supports the company's global apparel business by driving financial planning and analysis for sales and margin performance across its channels. On a daily basis you will collect budget, forecast and operational‑risk data, load it into the BPC reporting tool, and produce ad‑hoc reports for senior management. You will manage the financial planning and forecasting systems, ensure figures are accurate and consistent, analyse trends in wholesale channels and major accounts, and align financial targets with commercial expectations. Collaboration with planning, sales, DTC and other functions is essential, as is reporting to the FP&A Director. The position requires a master's degree in finance or a related discipline and at least three years of proven FP&A experience. Candidates must demonstrate strong financial acumen, an understanding of the outdoor‑apparel market, and excellent organisational and time‑management abilities. Effective communication with non‑financial stakeholders and advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, COGNOS and BPC are mandatory, as is fluency in English; an additional EU language is preferred.
