Demand & Supply Planner

Nestlé Waters in Henniez, Switzerland is looking for a Demand & Supply Planner who will be responsible for delivering an 18‑month rolling forecast of customer demand and raising the accuracy of those plans. The role also oversees the flow of finished goods across warehouses and through co‑packers, aiming to make the supply chain more responsive while keeping costs in check. On a daily basis the planner will guarantee that products are available where and when needed, preserving freshness at the warehouse level. They will apply statistical modelling techniques to produce baseline demand forecasts, react swiftly to any gaps between forecast and reality, and keep all relevant parties informed of corrective actions. The position also involves gathering and analysing demand‑driving events such as customer insights, competitor moves, and market trends, then feeding this information to teams handling product launches, portfolio decisions, promotions and consumer behaviour. Ongoing collaboration with supply‑chain, manufacturing, quality, finance and demand‑generation groups is essential to meet service goals efficiently. Candidates should hold a university degree, preferably complemented by internships in supply‑chain or commercial functions, and have at least two years of comparable experience or operational supply‑chain exposure at a market level. Strong analytical capabilities, effective communication across departments like marketing, factories and transport, and fluency in both French and English are required. Proficiency with Excel and SAP is also expected. Additional language skills are considered a plus. The position is based in Henniez, offering the chance to work within Nestlé Waters’ established network while contributing to a high‑performing, cross‑functional team.
