Mosaic School, part of the International Schools Partnership (ISP) group, is seeking a Canteen Assistant to join their team. ISP is a global network of private schools dedicated to providing high-quality education to students aged 2 to 18. The role involves supporting the school's canteen operations and ensuring the well-being of children during lunch breaks. The Canteen Assistant's main responsibilities include supervising children aged 3 to 12 during lunch breaks, ensuring a calm and friendly atmosphere, and leading educational activities during recess. They will also assist in setting up and serving meals, enforcing canteen rules, and participating in the implementation of educational projects aligned with the school's goals. The role requires a commitment to the safety and well-being of the children, as well as effective communication with colleagues, teachers, and management. To qualify for this role, candidates must have a Diploma in animation or childhood, or proven experience in children's activities and school group supervision. Essential skills include punctuality, time management, and the ability to work independently and efficiently. Candidates must also demonstrate a calm, caring, and exemplary demeanor, with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to establish effective working relationships. Nice-to-have skills include enthusiasm, motivation, adaptability, and patience. The role is based in a supportive team environment, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.
