As a Portfolio Manager within a distinguished Multi‑Family Office, you will be responsible for overseeing the investment holdings of high‑net‑worth clients and acting as their primary point of contact. The firm provides comprehensive wealth‑management services, ranging from strategic asset allocation to bespoke advisory, and expects you to blend analytical rigor with attentive client service. Your everyday tasks will involve preparing briefing materials and presentations for client sessions, reviewing portfolio performance, and suggesting rebalancing actions that align with each client's risk tolerance and liquidity needs. You will coordinate trade orders with banks and custodians, track execution, and ensure all documentation complies with internal controls. In addition, you will validate reporting data, resolve any discrepancies with service providers, and support the investment team with ad‑hoc research and due‑diligence projects. The position requires a university degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a closely related discipline. You should have three to five years of professional experience in a family office, private bank, wealth‑management practice or a comparable advisory setting. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential, as is the ability to communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive ownership mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to juggle several priorities without sacrificing accuracy are also expected. Technical competence includes advanced use of Excel for data analysis and familiarity with Bloomberg or similar market platforms. While not mandatory, fluency in an additional language and progress toward the CFA charter are viewed favorably, as is experience with portfolio reporting tools such as QPLIX or DAPM. The role offers a collaborative environment, exposure to complex multi‑asset portfolios, and a clear path for professional growth within a dynamic, entrepreneurial culture. What the role asks for: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field - 3‑5 years experience in family‑office, private‑bank or wealth‑management environment - Fluent English, written and spoken - Advanced Excel proficiency - Bloomberg terminal experience - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities - Ownership mindset and high accountability (nice‑to‑have) - Additional language proficiency and CFA Level I progress (nice‑to‑have)
