Rochester Regional Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join its Spine Surgery team in Geneva, NY, where the organization delivers a broad range of health services across Western New York, the Finger Lakes and surrounding areas. The position offers a blend of operating‑room, clinic and inpatient duties within a well‑established orthopedics department. Each day the practitioner will act as first assist on spine operations, support additional surgical locations, and evaluate both operative and non‑operative patients. Responsibilities include delivering pre‑operative, post‑operative and inpatient care, ordering and interpreting diagnostic studies, and working closely with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes. Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Nursing, be a certified Physician Assistant (PA‑C) through the NCCPA, and possess a New York State Registered Physician Assistant license. Completion of RNFA training is required, and the role involves moderate physical activity such as frequent walking, standing, squatting and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
