Business Development & Marketing Intern

enshift is a technology company specialising in renewable energy solutions. They assist major real estate and industrial clients in analysing, financing, and optimising sustainable energy projects. The company is seeking a Business Development & Marketing Intern to support their expanding team, with a focus on the French-speaking market. The intern will assist the Sales team in identifying and reaching out to potential clients and partners. They will conduct market research, particularly in the French-speaking market, and help prepare client presentations and sales materials. The intern will also maintain sales pipelines, update CRM data, and support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events. Additionally, they will create and coordinate French-language content for various communication channels and analyse campaign and sales results to prepare performance reports. Collaboration with different teams on commercial and strategic projects is also part of the role. The ideal candidate will be currently studying or recently graduated in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field. Native French language skills are required, with German being an advantage. A strong interest in sales, business development, marketing, real estate, and renewable energy is essential. The candidate should be a confident communicator who enjoys interacting with clients and colleagues.
