Joining Restaurant Brands International, the world’s leading quick‑service restaurant group, you will lead brand‑marketing initiatives for Burger King and Popeyes across the EMEA, APAC and Latin America/Caribbean regions. RBI, which operates TIM HORTONS®, BURGER KING®, POPEYES® and FIREHOUSE SUBS®, seeks a hands‑on marketer to translate global brand priorities into culturally resonant campaigns that local markets can activate. In this role you will own end‑to‑end projects such as Cornerstones, Creative Councils, brand campaigns and food‑platform rollouts. You will craft clear briefs, collaborate with regional teams, franchisees, agencies and cross‑functional partners, and produce toolkits that enable markets to deliver the brand message effectively. Daily tasks include shaping insights into brand stories, managing timelines, budgets and approvals, monitoring performance, and ensuring alignment while spotting cultural moments that keep the brands top‑of‑mind. The position requires five to eight years of experience in marketing, consumer communications, an agency setting or a comparable role within FMCG/CPG or quick‑service restaurants. Proven ability to manage integrated projects from concept through production and hand‑over is essential, as is strong stakeholder management and the use of consumer and market insights to guide decisions. Candidates must be fluent in English, proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, possess excellent written and presentation skills, and be authorized to work in Switzerland. Additional languages are advantageous, as is a passion for creativity, popular culture, social media and emerging tools such as AI.
