Group Commercial FP&A Manager

The Group Commercial FP&A Manager will steer financial planning, budgeting and variance analysis for Galderma's commercial units, a worldwide leader in dermatology. Key tasks include producing monthly performance reports, forecasting sales and expense trends, and delivering actionable insights to sales, marketing and senior leadership. The manager collaborates with cross‑functional teams across several markets in a fast‑growing, innovative environment. The role demands at least five years of finance experience in pharma or consumer‑health, a university degree in finance, accounting or economics, strong analytical and modelling abilities, and fluency in English. Proficiency with ERP/BI tools such as SAP and Power BI and the capacity to convey complex financial data to non‑financial audiences are required. German language skills are a plus, as is a proven record of influencing commercial strategy.
