Commercial Contracts Manager

You will draft, review and negotiate agreements together with Commercial Managers, and handle after‑sales contract matters. Preparing concise summaries of key terms, risks and conditions for senior leadership, as well as generating reports and analyses on contract activity, forms a core part of the job. You will also help refine contract‑management processes, support system upgrades and step in for senior contract managers when needed. Candidates must hold a university degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Business Law, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or a related discipline. Several years of hands‑on experience in contract management or procurement, ideally within an international setting and dealing with complex commercial deals, is required. Proficiency in both German and English at a minimum C1 level, written and spoken, is essential. The position calls for a highly analytical mindset, the ability to prioritize intricate issues, and to produce solid recommendations.
