They are currently seeking a Frontend Software Engineer for a company that produces optical inspection systems. The Frontend Software Engineer will focus on developing modern, high-performance, and well-structured interfaces. This role involves creating efficient and user-friendly interfaces using React and TypeScript. The ideal candidate must have solid experience with React.js, including hooks, component design, and performance management. Proficiency in TypeScript, particularly with advanced typing, generics, and API/prop typing, is essential. Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Redux Toolkit is required. Additionally, familiarity with REST/GraphQL API consumption, modern build tools like Vite and Webpack, and Git version control is necessary. High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Italian is a must. Nice-to-have skills include experience with MUI (Material UI) for component libraries and design systems, Three.js for 3D/WebGL rendering, and XState for state management using finite state machines/statecharts. The role is based in Mendrisio, Switzerland, and offers a Swiss contract with a salary range of 55,000 to 65,000 CHF.
