Field Engineer

As a Field Engineer, you will lead the mechanical development of Flux’s electric powertrain. Your work will cover the full range of key drivetrain components—including the battery pack, power electronics, motor, gearbox, shafts, bearings, structural parts and their vehicle interfaces. You will partner closely with designers, electrical engineers and software teams, guiding projects from early concepts through calculations, simulations and on‑vehicle verification, ultimately confirming performance in real‑world conditions. The position requires an experienced Mechanical Engineer who demonstrates a strong hands‑on approach and can assume technical ownership of the mechanical architecture. A proven ability to work across disciplines and drive decisions early in the development cycle is essential.
