Experience in digital manufacturing solutions, AI, robotics, and manufacturing execution systems (DMO/MES) is essential. Knowledge of process mastery applications and control system platforms such as Rockwell, Wonderware, or AVEVA is also required. Experience in commissioning, start-up, and continuous improvement in manufacturing facilities, particularly in dairy processes, is crucial. Nice-to-have skills include the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams and a willingness to travel internationally up to 30% of the time.
