Process Analytical Technology Lead (f/m/d)

The PAT Lead will also be responsible for leading local PAT activities, coordinating the local PAT team, and defining and improving local PAT capabilities. Additionally, the role involves proactively identifying opportunities to apply PAT techniques across various manufacturing processes and engaging with stakeholders at different organizational levels. To qualify for this role, candidates must have an academic qualification in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Analytical Science, or a related discipline, with a strong focus on PAT-relevant techniques and concepts. A minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in Process Analytical Technology (PAT) or a closely related field is required. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. Proficiency in German is an advantage. Nice-to-have skills include a sound understanding of manufacturing environments, analytical techniques, and Quality Control (QC).
