Julius Baer's Graduate Programme launches recent graduates into the world of wealth management. The 18‑month scheme, beginning in April 2027, offers three rotations, including an international assignment, so participants can acquire practical skills, build a global network and lay the groundwork for a long‑term career. You will join the Wealth Planning Europe team, which supports Relationship Managers by delivering a wide range of services such as Family Office, Philanthropy, Relocation, Retirement, Succession, Taxation and comprehensive wealth overviews. In your day‑to‑day role you will research client cases and relevant wealth‑planning issues, turning findings into actionable insights for the team. You will craft pitch and meeting decks that are fact‑based, engaging and tailored to the specific needs of private clients across different markets. Keeping complex client profiles up to date, gathering data from multiple sources, generating timely reports and supporting Wealth Planners during client and prospect meetings are also core tasks. An agile mindset and curiosity will help you provide cross‑European guidance, especially where language and cultural affinity add value. The position requires a first‑class or upper second‑class honours university degree in business, law, tax or a related discipline, with graduation no more than twelve months ago. Fluency in English is essential, and you must be legally eligible to work in the country where you apply. The ideal candidate shows a genuine passion for wealth planning, a global mindset combined with strong interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for continuous learning. These attributes are presented as non‑negotiable foundations for success in the programme. Experience in private‑client environments, such as a private bank, legal practice, tax advisory, consultancy or fiduciary firm, is regarded as advantageous, as is knowledge of UK tax and law. Holding professional certifications, speaking additional European languages or demonstrating familiarity with multiple European markets would further strengthen your profile and help you thrive in the multicultural setting of Julius Baer's Wealth Planning Europe team. What the role asks for: - First‑class or upper second‑class honours degree in business, law, tax or related field - Graduation within the past 12 months - Fluency in English - Eligibility to work in the country of application - Passion for wealth planning - Global mindset with strong interpersonal skills - Strong appetite for learning - Initial private‑client experience (nice‑to‑have) - Knowledge of UK tax and law (nice‑to‑have)
