Real Estate Agent

The position is a Real Estate Agent role with a Dubai‑based brokerage that works on a pure‑commission model. The firm supplies all the tools you need, leads, marketing material, a CRM platform and the RERA licence, while you bring the drive and the hours. Payments are made daily, with a share of 50 % to 70 % of the agency fee and no salary ceiling. Your everyday tasks will involve guiding clients through buying, selling or renting property in Dubai. You will source suitable listings, build trust with prospects, give market tours, negotiate terms and finalise transactions, all while using the company's lead flow and CRM system. To be considered you must be prepared to move to Dubai within one to three months (or already be based there), have roughly six months of personal savings to cover living costs while you develop a pipeline, hold a valid driving licence for daily viewings, and demonstrate strong hunger and self‑discipline. Prior experience in real estate is not required because the company's academy trains you from scratch. The offer includes an uncapped commission structure paid each day, a two‑week broker training programme led by a UK‑certified trainer, ongoing coaching, AI‑enhanced in‑house CRM, premium Property Finder packages and dedicated marketing support. The RERA licence fee, employment visa and private health insurance are covered by the employer. The business operates with a family‑run culture, quarterly social events, regular incentives and managers present on the floor. The office is located in Onyx Tower 2, Office P305, The Greens, Dubai.
