Research Assistants (Law, Computer Science, or related fields)

We are seeking Research Assistants to support a research project funded by the SNSF, offering a range of contributions tailored to the individual's background and interests. The company is involved in an interdisciplinary research project on AI in the judiciary, and the role will be based in downtown Zurich. The day-to-day responsibilities may include supporting stakeholder interactions, organizing project activities, contributing to project management tasks, and assisting in research activities. Additionally, the role may involve supporting the development of AI-based research prototypes and collaborating with courts and judicial actors. To be considered for this position, candidates must be currently enrolled as students at a Swiss university. A background in Law, Computer Science, or Data Science is particularly welcome, especially for those with an interest in AI and judicial processes or practical programming experience. Nice-to-have skills include experience with project management and German language skills, although candidates from other disciplines with a strong motivation to contribute to the project are also encouraged to apply. The working languages of the office are German and English, and the company is open to candidates who can bring a unique perspective to the project.
