Ralph Lauren Corporation, a worldwide leader in premium lifestyle design, marketing and distribution across apparel, accessories, home, fragrance and hospitality, is looking for an Advertising and Marketing Intern. The position is based in Plan Les Ouates and runs full‑time from November 2026 for up to twelve months, with a minimum commitment of six months. The intern will assist the EMEA Studio’s Advertising & Production crew by handling the flow of campaign material from brief to delivery. Daily duties include creating a variety of assets such as digital invitations, menus, video clips and in‑store point‑of‑sale graphics, coordinating with external freelancers and agencies, and keeping project timelines on track. Regular check‑ins with all EMEA marketing groups, competitive brand analysis, and upkeep of the team’s planning platform and internal hub are also part of the role. During peak periods the intern will help roll out large‑scale 360° campaigns and oversee seasonal point‑of‑sale production for every brand. The role requires excellent organisational abilities, a self‑directed work style and the capacity to juggle several tasks simultaneously. Candidates should bring a proactive, upbeat attitude and a creative outlook, while being ready to adapt quickly when priorities shift. Strong computer proficiency is essential, especially in Excel, PowerPoint and a working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop. Fluency in spoken and written English is compulsory; the ability to communicate in another European language is considered an advantage. The intern must thrive under tight deadlines and demonstrate a genuine passion for fashion and current trends. An official internship agreement is a prerequisite.
