Process Design & BA Support

The role of Process Design & BA Support involves providing functional expertise to support the implementation of a global payroll transformation programme, with a focus on the Baltic countries. The company is involved in a significant payroll transformation initiative, aiming to standardise and align payroll processes with both local legislation and global operating models. The main day-to-day responsibilities include designing and documenting payroll processes that meet global standards and local regulatory requirements. This involves acting as a functional subject matter expert, working closely with vendor development teams to ensure system configurations accurately reflect business needs. Additionally, the role includes co-owning the development and execution of functional test plans, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and service rehearsals to validate system functionality. The position also requires providing expert guidance on payroll process and data-related issues, managing escalations, and serving as a key point of contact for in-country payroll teams. To qualify for this role, candidates must have proven experience in payroll process design, payroll operations, or payroll transformation projects. A strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes and HR operations is essential, along with experience supporting payroll implementations, process harmonisation, or global transformation programmes. Knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance requirements, particularly within the Baltic countries, is crucial. Hands-on experience with functional testing, UAT, and service validation is also required. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, along with strong analytical abilities, are necessary to translate business requirements into effective process and system solutions. Nice-to-have skills include experience with payroll processes in the Baltic region (Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania).
