The internship is part of UBS's Group Digital Assets division, a unit that supports the bank's strategy for emerging digital‑asset products across personal, corporate, wealth and investment banking. UBS is a worldwide wealth manager and universal bank headquartered in Zurich, operating in more than 50 markets. In this six‑month role you will assist the Digital Assets Strategy & Reporting team with the coordination of cross‑division projects. Daily tasks include monitoring key milestones, risks and dependencies, using AI‑enhanced analytics to streamline reporting, preparing dashboards and management updates for senior leaders, and conducting market and competitive research on blockchain, tokenisation and related trends. The position is aimed at students who have finished at least four semesters of a bachelor's programme and have graduated no more than a year ago, either with a bachelor's or a master's degree. A Swiss GPA of 4.5 or higher is required, together with a work ethic that is diligent, reliable, committed and team‑oriented. Candidates must think strategically, communicate clearly, thrive under tight deadlines, and be able to illustrate how responsible AI experimentation can boost efficiency. Fluency in English is essential, while German language skills are considered an advantage. A genuine interest in digital innovation and client‑focused solutions is also expected. You will be based in UBS's Zurich office, joining a team that acts as a central hub linking business units, technology groups and control functions. Mentors will guide you throughout the internship, and successful performance may lead to an invitation to the Graduate Talent Programme after you finish your studies.
