Senior Product Manager B2B (VPN)

As a Senior Product Manager for the B2B segment of Proton VPN, you will join a squad that sits within a larger cross‑functional group shaping the future of the business‑oriented VPN offering. In this role you will partner with senior leaders to craft the strategic vision and roadmap for the B2B product, ensuring that the team builds, ships and supports features that generate lasting value. You will drive innovation by conceiving breakthrough capabilities, define success metrics around adoption, activation and retention, and coordinate closely with engineering, growth, design and marketing to keep everyone aligned. Daily tasks include conducting market and competitive research, gathering customer insights, troubleshooting multi‑team challenges, and planning scaling strategies that may involve new infrastructure, tools or a customer‑engagement platform, while keeping the team moving quickly and removing blockers. The position requires seven to ten years of product‑management experience in B2B SaaS, preferably within security or productivity domains, and a proven record of launching major features in rapid‑pace environments. Candidates must demonstrate strategic, data‑driven thinking, deep empathy for users, a strong sense of good UX, and the ability to lead high‑performing teams. A hands‑on work ethic, solid technical acumen and a computer‑science background with a security focus are also essential.
