Hotel Maintenance

The position is a Property Maintenance role within a hotel that operates in Greece, where the focus is on keeping public areas tidy, organized and functional rather than performing technical repairs. The employer arranges accommodation and meals for the seasonal staff, allowing you to settle in without the usual hassles of housing or grocery shopping. Your daily routine follows a set schedule that includes cleaning corridors, stairways, staff zones and shared spaces, supporting housekeeping when required, removing waste and replenishing supplies. You work largely on your own but remain part of a broader hotel operation, ensuring that the environments guests travel through stay presentable and orderly. The job does not demand prior experience; it is open to entry‑level candidates who are reliable, physically capable, willing to work and able to follow directions. Basic English communication is required, and consistency in attendance and responsible conduct are essential for success. The role offers a full‑time seasonal contract with five to six workdays each week, accommodation close to the workplace and meals provided. Living in Greece gives you evenings of warm weather, sea breezes and the chance to mingle with international colleagues. After the season you will have gained practical hotel experience abroad, a record of handling responsibility in a foreign setting and teamwork skills that can strengthen future employment prospects.
