Professional Services Intern FTC 6 months (50%)

Frontify delivers a brand‑management platform that powers global names like Microsoft, Bosch and Kia, and the company now operates from hubs in St. Gallen, London and New York. The Professional Services Intern will join the pre‑sales team for a six‑month fixed‑term contract, working part‑time while completing a bachelor’s degree. Each day the intern helps build visual Proofs of Concept that illustrate how a prospect’s brand could appear inside Frontify. Tasks include translating brand guidelines, PDFs or portal content into structured brand spaces, designing compelling showcase presentations, and checking layouts for consistency and completeness. The role also involves collaborating with the Professional Services group on shared initiatives and suggesting improvements to internal templates and best‑practice documents. Applicants must be enrolled in a bachelor programme such as Marketing, Business, Communication, Design or a related field and be able to work 50 % alongside their studies. Fluency in English, a keen eye for detail and a willingness to produce high‑quality visual work are required. Basic familiarity with design tools like Figma, Adobe or Canva—or a strong motivation to learn them—plus the ability to adapt quickly to new software are essential. The position offers practical exposure to an international SaaS environment, mentorship from seasoned colleagues and the chance to increase responsibility over time. Benefits include at least 25 days of annual leave, paid educational and wellbeing days, a stocked kitchen and an invitation to the company’s summer meet‑up. Frontify emphasizes authenticity, inclusion and flexible recruitment, encouraging candidates who may not meet every criterion to apply.
