Senior Scientific Associate - Technical Manufacturing Laboratories

The Senior Scientific Associate will work within the Technical Manufacturing Laboratories team. Their main tasks include planning and executing formulation and process development trials, handling materials, operating equipment, and preparing technical documentation. They will also conduct in-process control (IPC) tests, document results, and manage inventory for facility consumables. The role involves ensuring that all operations adhere to internal procedures and standards. To qualify, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and at least three years of experience in pharmaceutical drug product formulation and manufacturing, with a focus on solid dosage forms. Familiarity with Quality by Design approaches and hands-on experience with equipment used in oral solid dosage form manufacturing are essential. Knowledge of pharmaceutical safety procedures and the ability to work independently are also required. Fluency in English is a must, with German or French being an advantage. Nice-to-have skills include a collaborative and proactive mindset, strong planning and organizational abilities, and good communication and teamwork skills.
