Process Lead - Divisional Accounting - Record to Report 1

The position of Process Lead – Divisional Accounting – Record to Report 1 sits within the Management Accountant Centre of Excellence, where the incumbent partners closely with the group entity, the Financial Controller and key business contacts to deliver high‑quality accounting support. On a daily basis the role involves preparing and finalising management accounts for month, quarter and year‑ends, safeguarding the accuracy of both profit‑and‑loss and balance‑sheet data. The individual also supplies timely production‑cost information to business‑unit stakeholders, creates forecasts and budgets in line with corporate schedules, and applies quality, lean and continuous‑improvement principles to management‑accounting activities beyond their own scope, all while operating within a matrix‑reporting structure. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in an accounting discipline and possess either an ICWA, CA or their intermediate equivalents. At least three years of post‑qualification experience in costing, budgeting, variance analysis and MEC tasks is required, together with solid knowledge of general accounting practices and financial management. Strong analytical and communication abilities, a commitment to accounting integrity and control, and familiarity with the company’s structure, functions and relevant policies are essential. The role is based at Reliable IT Park in Airoli, offering two shift options: 6 am‑3 pm or 11:30 am‑8:30 pm.
