Booking.com is looking for a Dutch‑speaking Customer Service Agent to join its Greece operation. The position is full‑time and based in Greece, with relocation support available for candidates currently living abroad. As part of the global travel platform, you will help travelers from around the world enjoy smooth journeys. Your daily work will involve handling Dutch‑language inquiries through phone, email and chat. You will guide customers through booking questions, changes, cancellations and general account matters, while ensuring each interaction is recorded accurately in the internal system. The role requires a C1/C2 proficiency in Dutch, both written and spoken, and a strong command of English. Your CV or cover letter must clearly state your native language and nationality, and you need a valid EU passport. Candidates must already reside in Greece or be prepared to move, with a relocation package offered to those relocating from elsewhere.
