Project / Construction Manager Clean Room EPC (m/f/d)

As a Project / Construction Manager Clean Room EPC at Exyte, you will be the central technical and commercial contact, steering clean‑room EPC projects from the initial bid through to final hand‑over. The position blends business development, engineering coordination and project leadership in a fast‑growing market. Your everyday tasks involve creating technical and commercial proposals, working closely with Sales, Procurement and Engineering to shape optimal customer solutions, and taking full responsibility for scope, budget, schedule, quality and HSE during execution. You will also supervise subcontractors and suppliers, manage installation logistics, serve as the main liaison for clients and key stakeholders, and handle change management, reporting, commissioning, qualification and project close‑out while driving continuous‑improvement initiatives that meet GMP and ISO standards. The role requires a degree in Mechanical, Process, Building Services or Industrial Engineering and proven experience in project, construction or bid engineering within technical environments. You need a solid grasp of clean‑room design and envelope construction, as well as HVAC and utility system knowledge. Experience with contract handling, scheduling, procurement and site management is essential, together with a strong technical‑commercial mindset, excellent organisational abilities and the capacity to juggle several priorities in a dynamic setting. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is mandatory. Additional expectations include outstanding communication and stakeholder‑management skills and proficiency with project‑management methods and tools.
