The Commercial Operations Manager role at Climeworks Solutions involves building and scaling operations across various teams, including commercial, project sourcing, and customer success. This involves creating standardised, digital, and scalable ways of working, as well as driving adoption through documentation, training, and continuous feedback. The role also includes leading stakeholder meetings and workshops to understand business needs, map processes, and translate them into practical solutions. Additionally, the manager will act as the Salesforce Administrator, configuring, maintaining, and optimising Salesforce and related commercial tools. They will also create reports and dashboards to monitor business performance and support decision-making. To qualify for this role, candidates must have a university degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Science, Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. Experience in business analysis, revenue operations, commercial excellence, or product management is essential. Hands-on experience administering Salesforce, including user support, permissions, configuration, and reporting, is also required. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a must. Nice-to-have skills include experience with marketing automation, CRM extensions, reporting tools, and ERP systems such as SAP. The role is based in Opfikon, Zurich, with a requirement to work onsite at least three days per week.
