Strong analytical skills, negotiation and relationship management experience, and the ability to lead cross-functional projects are essential. The role also requires strong presentation and communication skills, as well as familiarity with digital and AI tools. Nice-to-have skills include business data analysis and category management strategy. The role is based in Zug, Switzerland, with the possibility of up to 20% domestic and international travel.
