A Real Estate Agent role with a Dubai‑based brokerage that trains newcomers from scratch, funds the RERA licence and supplies leads, marketing tools and a CRM platform. The company's model is commission‑only, with earnings paid daily. On a daily basis you will assist clients in buying, selling or renting property in Dubai, build trust‑based relationships, conduct viewings, negotiate terms and close transactions. You will manage your pipeline through the provided leads and the in‑house CRM, and you are expected to take part in regular training and coaching sessions. The position requires you to be prepared to move to Dubai within one to three months (or already be there), have roughly six months of personal savings to support yourself while you develop a client base, possess a valid driving licence for city‑wide viewings, and bring strong hunger and discipline to grow your own business within the firm. No previous property experience is needed because the academy starts from zero. The offer includes uncapped commissions of 50‑70 % paid daily, a two‑week broker training programme led by a UK‑certified trainer, ongoing coaching, AI‑powered CRM, premium Property Finder leads, a funded RERA licence, employment visa, private health insurance and a family‑run culture with quarterly events. The office is located in Onyx Tower 2, Office P305, The Greens, Dubai, and applications are submitted via a short three‑step form.
