Assistant Manager - Manager – Corporate Tax

KPMG’s Corporate Tax practice helps organisations navigate every tax‑related challenge, from domestic matters to cross‑border transactions. The team serves as the primary adviser on strategy, supply‑chain issues, mergers and acquisitions, real‑estate deals and overall tax compliance, offering expertise in both national and international tax law. In this position you will counsel Swiss and global clients on intricate corporate tax questions, steer and organise assignments that involve M&A and restructuring, and apply solid knowledge of tax accounting, audit assistance and Pillar 2 concepts. You will be responsible for maintaining client expectations through strong relationship building, overseeing the full tax compliance cycle—including reviewing filings and responding to inquiries—and passing on insights to junior colleagues. The role requires a university degree obtained in Switzerland in law, accounting or economics, together with a Swiss tax‑expert qualification (or imminent completion). Candidates should have four to seven years of corporate tax experience, ideally gained at a Big Four firm, and familiarity with real‑estate tax is advantageous. Fluency in French is mandatory, English at a C1 level is essential, and German is a plus.
