To qualify, candidates must be recent graduates with a bachelor's or master's degree in a STEM field, completed within the last 24 months. They should have no more than two years of full-time work experience and a competitive GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system. Strong software engineering skills, particularly in Python, and experience with Natural Language Processing, Supervised and Unsupervised Learning, and databases and SQL are essential. Familiarity with cloud technologies, such as Azure, is preferred. Nice-to-have skills include experience with cloud technologies, particularly Azure.
