The internship, lasting three to six months, offers a hands‑on introduction to the full spectrum of wealth‑management activities. You will help maintain and curate investment portfolios, making sure they reflect the company's diversification and cost‑efficiency principles. In parallel, you will co‑create educational and marketing material that raises financial literacy and showcases the firm's services. The role also involves supporting lead‑generation campaigns aimed at expanding the network of female clients, as well as assisting the compliance team with routine regulatory tasks. Throughout, you will work closely with colleagues from investment, marketing and operations on various short‑term projects. Ideal candidates are currently studying or have just finished a bachelor's programme in finance, economics, business administration or a closely related discipline. A genuine enthusiasm for wealth management, investing and building client relationships is essential, together with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts in clear language. Strong Excel competence and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset are required. Fluency in English and German at C1 level is mandatory, as is the legal right to reside and work in Switzerland. The position starts in January 2027, with quarterly start dates thereafter. The placement provides a collaborative atmosphere within a small, mission‑driven team and flexible working options that can be adapted to study schedules. You will work from a modern office in Zürich‑Seefeld while also benefiting from hybrid‑work possibilities.
