Senior Change Lead - WM First Line of Defense

Mission UBP is advancing a program to strengthen its Compliance and Risk framework, focusing on the first line of defense within Wealth Management. In this capacity, the Senior Change Lead will partner with the second line of defense and various Wealth Management stakeholders to steer cross‑functional change initiatives that touch Business Risk Management, Periodic Client Reviews and Business Monitoring. The role is responsible for orchestrating and delivering projects that span the 1.5 LOD, ensuring that plans are executed effectively and that the first line is represented in broader program discussions. It also manages the day‑to‑day interaction with the risk and compliance teams, guaranteeing that reporting and data feeds to senior management and governance bodies are accurate, timely and of high quality. The incumbent will lead the planning and rollout of initiatives aimed at improving processes across the first line, acting as the primary conduit between operational teams and the risk function.
