Project Engineer (Life Sciences)

The Project Engineer role involves supporting clients in the realization of their projects on site, leveraging expertise and skills to drive project success. The main day-to-day responsibilities include conducting feasibility studies, concept design, and detailed design for process equipment. The role also involves creating and reviewing URS, PFDs, and P&IDs, as well as planning and supporting FAT, SAT, P&ID walk-downs, and C&Q activities. Additionally, the Project Engineer will manage external companies, supervise deliverables and schedules, and organize meetings with internal stakeholders. The role also includes creating tender documentation for procurement. To qualify, candidates must have an engineering diploma in biotechnology, bioprocess, chemical engineering, or a similar field. Experience in facility engineering and/or manufacturing/C&Q is required. Good knowledge of GMP and readiness to work in an international environment are also essential. Proficiency in English and German, both spoken and written, is a must. Nice-to-have skills include excellent written and verbal communication skills.
