Join a fast‑growing tech company that powers the energy transition through a digital platform. The solution guides customers, from planning and tendering to installing renewable energy systems, towards higher economic efficiency and a better CO₂ balance for real‑estate and industrial assets. As an Energy Data Analyst & Developer you will turn raw energy information into actionable insight. Your daily work includes dissecting production, consumption and storage data to spot optimisation chances, running AI‑driven market analyses, and shaping price and energy forecasts. You will also evaluate asset performance, project progress and financial results, performing trend, variance and gap analyses that feed directly into recommendations. Ensuring data quality through plausibility checks, you will build and sustain a central reporting infrastructure together with IT, and deliver KPI dashboards and visualisations for both internal teams and external partners. Close collaboration with management, operations, sales and country offices will be essential to support data‑driven decisions. The role demands a solid technical foundation. You need a university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Business Informatics, Physics, Engineering or a comparable discipline, or equivalent hands‑on experience. At least three years of experience creating production‑grade data pipelines, where failures have real impact, is required. Mastery of SQL (including window functions and time‑series aggregation) and strong Python skills are non‑negotiable. You must have worked with time‑series or analytical data stores such as TimescaleDB, PostgreSQL at scale, ClickHouse, Snowflake, BigQuery or Databricks. Experience deploying and maintaining infrastructure‑as‑code (Terraform or similar), CI/CD pipelines, containerised workloads and cloud environments is also essential, as is a proven record of fixing broken pipelines and owning the systems you build without a ticket‑assignment model. Beyond the technical stack, the position offers an attractive salary package, continuous training in renewable‑energy topics and project management, and a dynamic, innovative environment where decisions are made quickly and creativity is encouraged. You will be part of a product‑management team that directly influences the energy transition, giving you the chance to make a tangible impact while growing your expertise in a cutting‑edge field. What the role asks for: - Degree in CS, Software Engineering, Data Science, etc. - 3+ years building production data pipelines - Advanced SQL (window functions, time‑series) and Python - Experience with TimescaleDB, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Snowflake, etc. - Infrastructure‑as‑code (Terraform), CI/CD, containers, cloud experience - Handled pipeline failures and implemented corrective changes - Sole ownership of systems without assigned tickets
