Join BLACKROLL, a fast‑growing e‑commerce brand focused on recovery and fitness, as a Working Student in Ad Creative & Design (Marketing). In this role you will dive into the digital side of retail, gaining hands‑on experience while contributing to the company's visual communication strategy. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values data‑driven decisions, creativity, and a healthy work environment. Your daily tasks will revolve around the full lifecycle of advertising content. You will originate ad concepts, write hooks, and turn ideas into complete scripts. Using a smartphone or office resources, you will shoot user‑generated content together with creators or colleagues, favouring quick, authentic footage over highly polished productions. Afterwards you will edit videos and design static assets for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and other current channels. You will also monitor emerging ad formats, track competitors in the recovery‑and‑fitness market, and translate those insights into fresh creative ideas. Once settled, you will own test series and new format experiments, feeding performance data back into the next round of concepts. To succeed, you must be enrolled in a degree program related to marketing, media, communication, design, business administration or a comparable field. You should have a genuine passion for advertising, social media and content, regularly analysing ads on your own initiative. Practical skills in video editing or graphic design are required, with experience in tools such as CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, Figma, Canva or Photoshop. Fluency in both German and English is essential, as is the ability to work independently, reliably and to contribute original ideas without waiting for detailed briefs. BLACKROLL supports a flexible, health‑focused workplace: you can work from home, enjoy six weeks of vacation, and benefit from flexible hours. The office environment promotes regular activation moments and transparent, role‑based collaboration, giving you plenty of room for creative input and professional growth. Additional perks include a 70 % contribution to the pension fund and product discounts for internal and external partners, reinforcing the company's commitment to employee well‑being and long‑term development. What the role asks for: - Enrolled in marketing, media, communication, design, business admin or related degree - Strong interest in advertising, social media, content analysis - Proficient with CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, Figma, Canva or Photoshop - Fluent German - Fluent English - nice-to-have: prefers fast, raw video shooting - nice-to-have: comfortable appearing on camera - nice-to-have: works independently, brings own ideas
