IT System Engineer

An IT service firm based in Geneva is looking for an IT System Engineer. The company emphasizes flexible working conditions and serves a range of clients with technology‑focused solutions. The role involves creating, rolling out and sustaining enterprise‑wide infrastructure across on‑premises, hybrid and cloud settings. You will keep critical production platforms reliable, secure and scalable, and take part in major transformation efforts such as migrations, consolidations, modernization drives and cloud‑first initiatives. Ensuring adherence to security policies and operational standards, you’ll monitor performance, diagnose complex problems and work closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet business goals. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s qualification in IT, computer science, engineering or a comparable discipline, and bring at least five years of hands‑on experience designing, supporting and operating large‑scale IT environments. Effective communication and stakeholder management are required, with professional fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
